Niloofar Ghods, PhD, PCC
Dr. Niloofar Ghods is a clinical and organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience advising Fortune 100 executives and boards. She specializes in executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development, and has built global coaching practices that have supported more than 10,000 leaders. Her work helps senior executives harness their strengths to drive measurable outcomes such as promotions, talent retention, and high-performing teams.
Niloofar’s career began in clinical practice, where she worked with individuals, couples, children, and groups. She later led talent initiatives at Cisco and Dell and served as a senior consultant with YSC, advising executives across the US, UK, and South Africa. She holds a dual doctorate in Industrial-Organizational and Clinical Psychology, is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), and is affiliated with the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School. Her widely cited doctoral research focused on virtual coaching effectiveness. A global citizen, Niloofar has lived in Iran, Hong Kong, South Africa, and the UK, and speaks fluent Farsi.
